Finding a home

Do I have to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. Plenty of buyers start with little more than a budget and a feeling. Part of our job is helping you narrow it down.

Which areas do you cover?

Marbella East and Mijas Costa — the stretch of the Costa del Sol we know best and live in ourselves.

Can you help if I'm buying from abroad?

Yes. Many of our buyers are based overseas. We can view on your behalf, share video walkthroughs, and manage as much as possible remotely.

The process & the legal side

What is a Nota Simple?

It's the official property record from the Land Registry — it confirms who owns the property, its size, and whether there's any debt or charge against it. We obtain and explain it before you commit.

Why do you need proof of funds?

Spanish anti-money-laundering law requires every buyer to show the source of their funds — a bank statement or mortgage pre-approval. It's standard, and we'll tell you exactly what's needed.

Do I need a Spanish NIE or a lawyer?

You'll need an NIE (foreigner's tax number) to buy, and we recommend an independent lawyer. We can point you to trusted English- and Swedish-speaking professionals.

Working with us

What does it cost me as a buyer?

Nothing. Our fee is paid from the seller's side, so our search, viewings, and guidance cost you nothing as a buyer.

You only ever pay the standard costs of buying in Spain — taxes, notary, and your own lawyer.

What languages do you speak?

English and Swedish, fluently — and we work alongside Spanish-speaking partners throughout.
