I search across the main property portals and my local contacts to find the best options, including off-market opportunities when possible.
I join you on viewings and share honest thoughts on each property. If you're not yet in Spain, I can attend showings on your behalf and send you videos, photos, or live recordings.
If you decide to make an offer, I help prepare it and negotiate the best price and terms.
I guide you through the entire buying process to help you avoid mistakes and make the right decisions.
